Using the app

fruit.cart.party is a community app for discovering and reviewing fresh fruit at local markets and stands. By using it, you agree to these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to use this service. By using the app you confirm that you meet both requirements. We do not knowingly provide the service to anyone outside the US or under the age of 18.

Your content

When you submit reviews, prices, photos, or venue suggestions, you give us permission to display and use that content to operate and improve the service. Please only submit content that is accurate and that you have the right to share.

Don't submit anything false, harmful, illegal, or unrelated to produce markets. We can remove content that violates these terms at our discretion.

AI scanner

The ripeness and freshness scanner is for informational purposes only. Results are generated by an AI model and may not be accurate. Don't rely on it for food safety decisions — always use your own judgement.

Prices and venue info

All prices, hours, and venue details are submitted by community members and may be out of date or inaccurate. Always verify with the vendor directly.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account secure. We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer

The service is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any losses arising from your use of the app.
